Remote IT & Systems Engineer (International)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote IT & Systems Engineer to support and enhance our internal technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a technical problem‑solver with strong experience in software development, automation, SQL, and DevOps, and can thrive in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to technical issues with ownership and urgency.
• Design, build, and maintain automations that improve business processes.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot internal applications and integrations.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
• Support and maintain cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and assist with deployments.
• Troubleshoot application, server, network, and database problems.
• Monitor system performance and implement reliability and scalability improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Document systems, processes, and technical procedures while ensuring security best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, DevOps, or a similar technical role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects with high accuracy.
• Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and follow‑through.
