Remote Lead Engagement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Lead Engagement Specialist to connect with prospective customers through outbound phone outreach. You will qualify leads, share information about our services, and schedule qualified appointments while working from home during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective leads using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Engage customers with professional, friendly, and confident communication.
• Identify customer needs and qualify leads according to established guidelines.
• Schedule appointments using internal scheduling tools.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead activity.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly engagement and appointment targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions, training programs, and team meetings.
• Assist with additional outreach campaigns as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship‑building and customer engagement abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Self‑motivated with a positive, goal‑oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in lead engagement, outbound calling, appointment setting, or call‑center operations is preferred but not required.
