Remote Phone Interviewer

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Phone Interviewer to conduct initial phone screenings with prospective candidates. You will evaluate communication skills, verify qualifications, answer questions, and schedule qualified applicants for the next hiring stage, all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled phone interviews with prospective candidates.
• Assess candidate qualifications against established hiring criteria.
• Explain job responsibilities, expectations, and available opportunities.
• Schedule qualified candidates for follow‑up interviews.
• Document interview feedback and candidate information accurately in the applicant tracking system.
• Maintain a professional and engaging interview experience.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly interview and scheduling targets.
• Participate in recruiting meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Support additional hiring and recruitment initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal communication and interviewing skills.
• Strong active listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable conducting multiple phone interviews throughout the day.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
