Remote Real Estate Contracts Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Real Estate Contracts Specialist to manage and administer contracts, leases and related documents for our real‑estate transactions. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility while working with a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and prepare contracts, leases, amendments and related documents for real‑estate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, real‑estate regulations and internal company policies.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including document preparation, storage, tracking and retrieval.
• Collaborate with agents, finance, operations and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate contract execution.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify potential exposure and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and report on contract performance, status updates, compliance issues and critical milestones.
• Maintain data accuracy and organized electronic records and logs.
• Provide expert guidance and contract‑related support to internal team members.
• Manage offers and listings on leasing platforms and online real‑estate portals when required.
• Communicate professionally with agents, landlords, tenants and clients via phone, email and CRM tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Contracts Specialist, Leasing Coordinator or similar role in the real‑estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, real‑estate regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
