Remote Recruiting Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Remote Recruiting Manager to lead a high‑performing, fully remote recruitment team. You will be responsible for driving hiring performance across multiple departments while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from outreach to interview coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters, interview setters, and screening specialists.
• Monitor recruiting KPIs, hiring funnels, interview conversion rates, and team productivity.
• Review candidate pipelines to guarantee timely movement through each hiring stage.
• Coach team members on best practices, communication, and candidate engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring procedures and recruitment standards.
• Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements.
• Assist with interviewing, candidate escalation, and difficult hiring decisions when needed.

Required profile

• Ability to manage multiple hiring campaigns and prioritize competing deadlines.
• Proven experience managing recruiters, talent‑acquisition teams, or high‑volume recruitment environments.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and recruitment reporting tools.
