Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our fast‑paced, fully remote team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and moving high‑volume candidate pipelines forward, ensuring that qualified talent reaches hiring managers efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 150‑250 outreach and screening interactions daily using provided candidate data and CRM tools.
• Introduce prospective applicants to available positions and explain role details, requirements, and hiring process.
• Perform initial phone screenings to assess experience, communication style, attitude, and overall fit.
• Evaluate candidates against established qualification criteria and identify those meeting initial requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles, screening notes, call outcomes, and follow‑up information in the CRM.
• Follow recruitment scripts, communication procedures, and talent acquisition workflows.
• Complete additional recruitment and candidate support tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening abilities.
• Professional telephone etiquette and confidence.
• Ability to evaluate candidate attitude, experience, and fit during initial calls.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of daily interactions.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection, electricity, computer and mobile device.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or call‑center work is a plus.
