Remote Tax Accountant (Chartered Accountant)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant or Enrolled Agent to join a leading global financial services firm on a contract basis. This remote position focuses on tax compliance, financial statement preparation, and advisory services for clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file accurate tax returns in line with federal, state, and international regulations.
• Deliver tax planning and advisory services to optimize clients' financial positions.
• Stay current with evolving tax laws and regulatory changes.
• Represent clients during audits and liaise with tax authorities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.
• Minimum three years of experience in tax compliance, accounting, or financial advisory.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with tax software such as ProSeries.
• Proficiency with tax software such as Drake.
