About the role

Trilogy is seeking a seasoned Renewals Manager to own the renewal pipeline for high‑value enterprise accounts. You will work directly with senior decision‑makers, negotiate multi‑million‑dollar contracts, and help shape AI‑driven sales execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end renewals process for enterprise customers, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Conduct high‑touch engagements to align on value delivery, address objections, and secure contract renewals.
• Develop and refine structured B2B renewals playbooks and AI‑powered sales frameworks.
• Identify key economic buyers, negotiate terms, and ensure timely contract execution.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles within a SaaS/Cloud environment.
• Proven track record managing the full renewal cycle for enterprise deals of $100K+.
• Native‑English speaker able to work during U.S. business hours.
• Comfortable using AI tools in a professional setting.
