About the role

We are seeking a Reputation Management Expert to monitor and enhance our online presence. This full‑time remote position involves tracking brand mentions, analyzing feedback, and responding to reviews across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor review sites, social media, and search results for brand mentions.
• Analyze sentiment and feedback trends to identify improvement areas.
• Draft and publish professional, empathetic responses to customer reviews and comments.
• Create response templates and prepare regular reputation reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and operations to develop proactive reputation strategies.
• Recommend product or service improvements based on customer feedback.
• Coordinate resolution of escalated issues and support content campaigns that reinforce positive brand narratives.

Required profile

• Experience monitoring online reviews, social media, and search results.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, empathetic responses.
• Background in marketing, communications, customer experience, or public relations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills
