Sales Account Manager - Digital Marketing

About the role

COLAB is seeking a remote Sales Account Manager to serve US‑based clients from Pakistan. You will manage client relationships, conduct virtual meetings, identify growth opportunities, and clearly communicate digital marketing performance and strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with assigned client accounts.
• Conduct onboarding calls, kickoff meetings, and regular check‑ins.
• Communicate campaign performance, updates, and recommendations.
• Identify upselling and growth opportunities within accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral/American accent.
• Strong communication, sales, and client‑handling skills.
• Professional appearance and confidence on video calls.
• Ability to manage US‑based clients professionally.

Required skills

• Understanding of SEO.
• Knowledge of Paid Ads.
• Experience with Social Media Marketing.
• Familiarity with Web Development.
