Sales Associate – Customer‑Focused Sales Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate who will engage customers across multiple channels, understand their needs and guide them through the purchasing process. The role contributes directly to revenue goals while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective and existing customers via phone, email, chat, or in‑person.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, promotions and product features.
• Generate, follow up and close sales opportunities.
• Handle questions, objections and concerns professionally.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM and track sales activities.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service and other internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions and sales processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service or account management.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, proactive and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote‑work setup when needed.
• Fluency in English.
