Sales Closer – Night Shift (US Clients)

About the role

Interact Global is looking for a confident Sales Closer to join its Cost Estimation & Construction team. Working night shifts, you will convert qualified leads from U.S. and international clients into closed deals, helping to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound qualified leads and turn them into paying clients.
• Conduct sales meetings, calls, and presentations with U.S.-based customers.
• Understand client requirements for construction estimation services and propose suitable solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through follow‑up and prospect management.
• Collaborate with estimation and operations teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
• Record activities in CRM and report daily/weekly sales performance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Closer, Sales Executive, or similar role.
• Experience in BPO, construction, cost estimation, or U.S. campaigns is a strong plus.
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
• Strong negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to work in U.S. time zones.
• Target‑oriented with a problem‑solving mindset.
