Sales Development Representative – Fast-Track Your Sales Career

About the role

We are seeking a confident, ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, building relationships and creating qualified opportunities for the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers and decision‑makers.
• Conduct 100–120 cold calls and cold emails daily to international prospects.
• Engage prospects in thoughtful conversations to uncover challenges, goals and business needs.
• Qualify leads based on fit, interest and readiness, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow‑ups and opportunities in the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Continuously improve sales techniques through feedback, coaching and performance analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, tele‑sales or lead generation.
• Proven success in outbound sales and lead generation with a strong track record of qualifying prospects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence engaging international prospects.
