Sales Development Representative

About the role

Hot Prospector is expanding its sales floor in Lahore and is looking for four motivated Sales Development Representatives. You will work night‑shift hours aligned with U.S. business hours, contacting American business owners to qualify leads and schedule appointments for our Las Vegas Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to U.S. business owners.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and handling objections.
• Book qualified appointments for the Las Vegas sales team.
• Maintain accurate call and appointment records in the company system.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, contacts, and qualified appointments.

Required profile

• Native or fluent English with the ability to understand American humor and business terminology.
• At least one year of experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or call‑center environments (preferred).
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and building credibility within 30 seconds.
• Competitive, results‑driven mindset with a desire to win and improve.
• Full‑time availability for night‑shift work on‑site in downtown Lahore.
