Sales Development Representative

About the role

My Tutor Source (MTS) is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its growing sales team in Lahore. The role focuses on generating and qualifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach and inbound prospecting, supporting the sales pipeline and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads through inbound calls.
• Conduct inbound prospecting, engage potential clients, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, challenges, and decision‑making processes.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent follow‑ups.
• Record leads, interactions, and sales activities accurately in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives and the Sales Manager to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in sales development or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
