Sales Development Representative – Outbound Calling

About the role

Camotech Solutions is looking for energetic Sales Development Representatives to join its outbound prospecting team in Islamabad. You will work with client‑provided leads, qualify prospects, and create opportunities for downstream sales teams while representing client brands professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using campaign lists and approved talk tracks.
• Introduce services, ask discovery questions, and qualify prospects against defined criteria.
• Record outcomes, prospect details, follow‑up actions, and notes in the assigned system.
• Schedule qualified appointments or transfer suitable opportunities according to campaign requirements.
• Handle objections courteously while maintaining a positive, customer‑focused approach.
• Achieve daily activity, quality, attendance, and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation and professional telephone etiquette.
• Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, customer service, or business development.
• Able to ask focused discovery questions and qualify prospects using campaign guidelines.
• Comfortable handling objections and maintaining control of conversations.
• Consistent performance against volume, quality, conversion, and attendance goals.
• Accurate data entry and disciplined use of CRM, dialer, spreadsheets, or campaign management systems.
