Sales Development Representative – Outbound

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing ecommerce marketing agency. You will focus on outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings with marketing decision‑makers and support the founder’s closing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound campaigns using LinkedIn and email sequences via Amplemarket.
• Build relationships with CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Performance and Growth Marketers through personalized outreach.
• Leverage target account lists and intent signals to prioritize prospects.
• Book approximately 10 qualified meetings per month for the founder.
• Maintain accurate activity records in Lightfield or HubSpot CRM.
• Make cold calls when appropriate to increase meeting generation.
• Complete a two‑week onboarding program and ongoing coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and outbound strategy.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B sales or sales development experience selling to marketing decision‑makers.
• Proven success with outbound prospecting via LinkedIn and email sequences.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience using target account lists and buying/intent signals.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage daily activity and meet targets.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Reliable internet connection and professional home‑office setup.
• Available to start immediately.
