Sales Development Representative – Remote

About the role

Wing is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its remote team. You will be the first point of contact with potential and existing customers, helping to build a robust pipeline and support the company’s mission to redefine the future of work.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to prospects through phone, email and messaging to generate qualified leads.
• Engage prospects, assess their needs and schedule product demos or meetings.
• Maintain and update a CRM or contact list with accurate information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align lead‑generation activities with overall sales strategy.
• Set and track sales goals, report on team performance and revenue outcomes.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.
• Perform general administrative tasks and compile customer survey results.

Required profile

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree or certificate program.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a proven record of meeting quotas.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with desktop‑sharing, cloud services and VoIP tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Google Calendar and online scheduling.
