Sales Executive – Commercial Real Estate (Karachi)

About the role

We are looking for a target‑driven Sales Executive to represent a high‑profile commercial mall and retail development near the airport. The role involves generating high‑value sales, building relationships with investors, and managing the full booking and recovery process.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate qualified leads through networks, referrals, digital channels and walk‑ins.
• Conduct site visits and detailed project presentations for prospects.
• Manage the sales lifecycle from inquiry to booking and final possession.
• Maintain client files, booking records, payment plans and official documentation.
• Negotiate with high‑net‑worth investors and end‑users to close deals.
• Follow up consistently to convert warm leads into closed sales.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and recovery reports for management.
• Provide market feedback and align sales strategy with management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive real‑estate sales experience.
• Background with reputable builders, developers, mall or commercial projects.
• Proven track record selling commercial shops, offices, retail or mixed‑use spaces.
• Existing network of investors, agents and potential buyers.
• Fluency in English and Urdu; deep knowledge of Karachi and overseas real‑estate markets.
• Willingness to work weekends and major sales events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Competent in Microsoft Word.
• Competent in Microsoft PowerPoint.
