Sales Executive – Outbound Calling (US AT&T Campaign)

About the role

Join an outbound calling campaign focused on AT&T‑affiliated customers in the United States. You will make high‑volume calls, present services, and convert prospects into customers. The role operates in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make 300+ outbound calls daily to potential AT&T‑affiliated customers.
• Present and promote company services clearly and persuasively.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately update customer information and maintain call records in the CRM system.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales.
• Provide excellent customer service while adhering to compliance, quality, and script guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound call‑center sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (US accent preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet high call‑volume and sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and results‑oriented.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM/call‑center software.
• Willingness to work night shifts (US time zones) and travel as required.
• Preferred: Prior experience on AT&T campaigns.
