About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to join our fast‑growing digital marketing agency. The role is fully remote, Monday‑to‑Friday, and focuses on acquiring new clients across Canada and the USA while nurturing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach and convert inbound inquiries.
• Present and sell SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media advertising solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets without micromanagement.
• Maintain a pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets each month.
• Minimum two years of sales experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Self‑motivated, results‑focused and comfortable working autonomously.
• Habit of staying current on digital‑marketing trends.
