Sales Manager – Variable Frequency Drives (MV/LV)

About the role

DCPS Pakistan is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the business for Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) Variable Frequency Drives. Based in Lahore, you will lead the sales process from prospecting to contract closure, focusing on industrial and power‑sector customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for MV and LV VFDs across the industrial and energy markets.
• Manage and grow key accounts, building long‑term relationships with customers.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, conduct product demonstrations and site visits.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to customise solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Represent DCPS Pakistan at industry events and trade shows to promote the drive portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related technical field (MBA or sales certification is a plus).
• Proven B2B sales track record in industrial, energy or manufacturing sectors, with experience in account management and negotiation.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore and travel to customer locations as required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Variable Frequency Drives.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for proposal preparation.
