About the role

Best Western Hotel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Female Sales Officer to join its dynamic sales team in Faisalabad. The role focuses on generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the hotel’s products and services to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to meet hotel revenue goals.
• Identify and generate new leads through research and outreach activities.
• Conduct tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with prospective and existing clients.
• Analyze sales forecasts and market trends to adjust plans and optimise outcomes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the hotel’s services, promotions and offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
• Prepare regular sales reports and documentation for management.
• Attend networking events and industry meetings to expand business development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies throughout the sales process and provide excellent customer service.
