Sales Operations Research Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Research Assistant to support our sales and onboarding teams remotely. The role focuses on maintaining CRM data, coordinating client onboarding, and preparing meeting materials, ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Track client onboarding from demo to active facility posting.
• Clean, organize, and maintain CRM records, removing duplicates and updating priorities.
• Prepare meeting briefs by researching clients and gathering LinkedIn contacts.
• Monitor emails and support requests, responding to simple inquiries and escalating when needed.
• Coordinate with internal sales and onboarding teams to close communication gaps.
• Manage conference attendee lists, lead research, LinkedIn outreach, and post‑event CRM updates.
• Back up important client files and images shared via communication channels.
• Monitor calendars and create daily task and priority lists for management.
• Maintain organized spreadsheets, trackers, notes, and follow‑up systems.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong experience with CRM platforms (Close.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience conducting LinkedIn and lead research.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and follow fixed Eastern Time hours.
