Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive property sales. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the entire sales journey from initial briefing to deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and provide detailed briefings on relevant property units.
• Conduct product demonstrations, arrange site visits, and ensure timely closure of deals.
• Follow up with clients to capture evolving needs and maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Graduation level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Passion for sales and strong commitment to customer service.
• Alignment with core company values.
• At least 1 year of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication skills.
