Senior Frontend Engineer

About the role

You'll be the senior frontend voice on two to three concurrent client engagements, building typed, component‑driven interfaces in React and Next.js while reviewing the work of mid‑level engineers. You will work directly with clients, shaping architecture and delivering production‑ready interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Build production interfaces in React, TypeScript, and Next.js from Figma files and written specs.
• Own component architecture decisions for each engagement, not just individual screens.
• Review pull requests from other frontend engineers, focusing on state and performance patterns.
• Pair with backend engineers to define API contracts before implementation starts.
• Instrument and tune Core Web Vitals on customer‑facing pages.

Required skills

• 4+ years building production React applications.
• Strong TypeScript fluency, able to read and extend a typed codebase confidently.
• Experience with Next.js or another SSR/SSG React framework.
• Comfort translating Figma designs into pixel‑accurate, responsive markup.
• Track record of shipping to real users, not just internal tools.
