Senior Manager – Software PMO

About the role

Ibex is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Software PMO, acting as the bridge between clients and development teams. You will align product road‑maps with strategic goals, translate business needs into actionable backlog items, and ensure delivery of high‑value software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to analyse needs and define scope.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of epics, features and user stories for agile teams.
• Own the product roadmap, draft OKRs, and use data‑driven insights for business decisions.
• Facilitate stakeholder visioning, concept development and communication of product requirements.
• Assess value, create business cases, and prioritize work to maximise alignment with strategy.
• Represent the development team in front of clients, stakeholders and users.
• Work closely with product and senior management to integrate the product into the company portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• 10‑13 years of core project and product management experience.
• Agile certification (e.g., CSPO, CSM, ACSM) is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with defining minimum marketable features and minimum viable products.
• Strong conflict‑management and team‑integration skills.
