Senior Outbound Sales Executive – Telemarketing

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Outbound Sales Executive to lead high‑volume prospecting efforts targeting decision‑makers in the US market. The role focuses on cold outreach, meeting generation, and pipeline development for our digital marketing and SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Identify and qualify decision‑makers across target industries.
• Generate qualified meetings for the sales team and nurture prospects through the pipeline.
• Build and maintain prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms.
• Personalize outreach campaigns to maximize response rates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports.
• Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline generation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR, or business development.
• Proven success selling digital marketing services, SaaS, or B2B solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong objection‑handling and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.
