Senior React Native & React Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a senior engineer to lead the design and delivery of frontend and mobile applications using React, React Native and Next.js. The role combines high‑ownership architecture work with AI‑first development practices, allowing the engineer to accelerate research, planning and implementation while maintaining full responsibility for quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own application architecture across React, React Native and Next.js.
• Make independent architecture decisions focusing on scalability, performance and reliability.
• Build production‑grade applications in TypeScript for web and mobile.
• Integrate with GraphQL APIs and define clean integration patterns.
• Define and enforce engineering standards for code structure, testing, responsiveness and developer experience.
• Use AI agents and tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to accelerate development while preserving judgment on quality.
• Translate ambiguous product requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Ensure performance, quality and responsiveness across platforms.
• Collaborate directly with clients to clarify requirements.
• Contribute to system design, performance strategy, testing strategy and engineering productivity.
• Apply basic native mobile concepts in Kotlin/Java and Objective‑C/Swift when needed.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience with React, React Native, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Strong background working with GraphQL APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to make architecture decisions independently and deliver scalable systems.
• Experience using AI‑first or agentic development workflows.
• Ability to turn vague product needs into production‑ready applications.
• Strong judgment on performance, usability, maintainability and overall product quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment.
