Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

About the role

Owns end-to-end delivery of full‑stack features across 360factors’ enterprise GRC product suite, including Angular front‑end, Java services, APIs, data and tests. The role works on live estate migrations and leverages AI agents to multiply personal output.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned full‑stack features – frontend, services, APIs, data, and tests.
• Build and operate multiple AI agents across the SDLC, reviewing all output before release.
• Deliver migration and integration work between platform generations without regressing functionality.
• Tri­age and resolve customer‑reported issues on assigned modules.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and UX on requirements, standards, and documentation.

Required profile

• 7+ years Java backend experience with Spring Boot 3.x (Maven, REST, Flyway).
• Recent delivery with Angular (TypeScript) using enterprise component libraries (PrimeNG, AG Grid) and RxJS.
• Strong SQL Server / Azure SQL expertise, multi‑tenant design, migrations and query optimisation.
• Experience with BPMN/workflow engines (Flowable, Camunda, Activiti) or similar.
• Proficiency building AI agents, writing token‑efficient prompts and reviewing generated code.
• Ability to quickly understand and extend large, sparsely documented codebases.
