SEO Specialist (In‑House Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated SEO Specialist to join our in‑house team in Peshawar. The role focuses on developing and executing long‑term organic growth strategies while collaborating closely with content, design, and performance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform keyword research across informational, commercial, and transactional intents.
• Build and optimise on‑page SEO elements such as titles, meta tags, headings, and internal linking.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to indexing, site speed, and structure.
• Create SEO strategies for blogs, landing pages, and service pages.
• Analyse competitors to uncover ranking opportunities.
• Track performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Collaborate with content writers and designers to align SEO with content creation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 1.5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest.
• Solid grasp of on‑page, technical, and content SEO.
• Ability to explain SEO decisions logically.
• Comfortable working in a structured, office‑based team environment.
