SharePoint Developer

About the role

Tethr is looking for a SharePoint Developer with strong experience in SharePoint Online and the SharePoint Framework (SPFx). You will design, build, and maintain custom solutions that empower remote teams and international clients. The role is fully remote and follows US Eastern Standard Time working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom SPFx web parts and extensions using React and TypeScript.
• Configure and manage SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, content types, and metadata.
• Administer SharePoint permissions, groups, access levels, and sharing configurations.
• Integrate SPFx solutions with SharePoint APIs, Microsoft Graph, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint and SPFx issues and support production deployments.
• Review existing solutions and recommend improvements for scalability, reliability, and architecture.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online and the SharePoint Framework.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript for building modern web parts.
• Solid understanding of SharePoint governance, security, and performance best practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment and take ownership of solution quality.
