Short-Term Rental Property Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Short-Term Rental Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing portfolio across platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com. The role combines guest-service excellence with data-driven revenue optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and optimise listings on major OTAs (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, etc.).
• Handle guest communications, inquiries and support to ensure a seamless experience.
• Manage bookings, availability and pricing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Use property management software to track reservations, automate workflows and keep accurate records.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance and vendors to keep properties guest-ready.
• Monitor reviews, respond to feedback and implement improvements.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and property policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in short-term rental management or related hospitality role.
• Strong familiarity with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and other OTAs.
• Experience with property management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway or Hospitable is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
