Short-Term Rental (STR) Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Short‑Term Rental (STR) Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of our clients' short‑term rental properties across the United States. Based in Lahore, you will work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones, handling guest communications, reservations and coordination with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest communication via calls, emails and OTA messaging platforms.
• Coordinate reservations, check‑ins, check‑outs and booking modifications.
• Monitor property calendars and ensure booking accuracy across multiple platforms.
• Work with housekeeping, maintenance and operations teams to guarantee timely task completion.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and operational updates.
• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks related to property management.
• Follow company procedures and service standards to ensure operational excellence.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Prior experience in short‑term rental, Airbnb, vacation rental, hospitality or property management (preferred).
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work U.S. shifts from our Lahore office.

Required skills

• Familiarity with OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO.
• Experience with property management systems.
