Social Media Manager & Content Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager & Content Strategist to own our digital presence across multiple platforms. You will develop and execute content strategies that boost brand awareness, engage audiences, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build and strengthen the brand on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Plan and run campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Conduct market, competitor and audience research to shape monthly content calendars.
• Write scripts, captions, headlines and storytelling concepts for video, reels, podcasts and promotional assets.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors and marketing teams to produce high‑quality content.
• Manage online communities, respond to comments and messages, and nurture relationships with influencers.
• Monitor trends, platform updates and viral content to create timely, relevant posts.
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions and report performance with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency or organization.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices.
• Excellent writing, copywriting and scriptwriting abilities.
