Social Media Manager - UK & US Markets

About the role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our presence across the UK and US markets. Working remotely, you will develop and execute content strategies that boost brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage brand presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to inform content calendars.
• Write scripts and create short‑form and long‑form video content, reels, podcasts, and promotional copy.
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with influencers.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and viral content to produce timely posts.
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions; produce performance reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency or organization.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices.
• Excellent writing, copywriting and scriptwriting abilities.
