Social Media Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will drive growth and engagement for BisChat’s messaging platform. Working fully remote, you will translate complex product features into compelling social content and support the acquisition and retention of beta users. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media campaigns on major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Create, schedule, and publish content that showcases product updates, features, and community highlights.
• Manage social media editorial calendars and respond to community interactions in a timely manner.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide data‑driven recommendations to improve reach and engagement.
• Work with design and product teams to produce visual assets and clear messaging.
• Support beta‑user acquisition initiatives and help retain active users through targeted communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably within mobile apps or tech startups.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to a broad audience.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.
