Software Engineer – Core Platform

About the role

BizScout is a fast‑growing technology startup that is reshaping how small businesses are bought and sold. We are looking for a talented Full‑Stack Software Engineer to own end‑to‑end features of our core platform, from concept through deployment and maintenance. You will work closely with product, engineering, supply and marketing teams to deliver a seamless experience for buyers, sellers, brokers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain new features across the BizScout platform.
• Own the full software development lifecycle for assigned initiatives, including architecture design and infrastructure setup.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage priorities, deadlines and deliverables while ensuring high‑quality code and performance.
• Continuously improve existing services and contribute to the product roadmap.

Required profile

• Experience with end‑to‑end software development in a startup or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and autonomy, with a bias toward action.
• Creative problem‑solver who can balance functional, technical and aesthetic considerations.
• Passion for building robust, scalable products that serve real people.
