About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services within distributed systems.

• Profile, debug, and improve algorithmic performance to meet high‑throughput requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to ship features on schedule.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong foundation in computer science.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to a cross‑functional team.
• Passion for solving complex technical challenges in e‑commerce and cloud‑native contexts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java.
