Strategic Account Manager – Enterprise Renewals (Remote)

About the role

Trilogy is redefining enterprise renewals by pairing seasoned account managers with an AI‑powered renewals agent, Fiona. In this remote position you will own the highest‑value customer accounts, focusing on executive alignment, commercial strategy, and complex negotiations while AI handles routine tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive relationships and negotiate multi‑year, seven‑figure renewal contracts for strategic enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Fiona, the AI renewals agent, providing insights that improve its automation and decision‑making capabilities.
• Assess customer health, product adoption, and commercial history to proactively secure favorable renewal outcomes.
• Utilize Salesforce and AI‑driven workflows to maintain accurate forecasts, identify renewal risks early, and intervene where human judgment adds the most value.
• Translate interaction insights into scalable enhancements that continuously improve the renewals system.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise renewals or retention for B2B software solutions.
• Strong executive communication skills and a track record of closing high‑value, multi‑year contracts.
• Comfort with AI‑augmented processes and a mindset of using technology as a performance multiplier.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
