Strategic Finance Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

The Strategic Project Lead, Finance will drive high‑impact financial initiatives, turning data into actionable insights that support company‑wide decision‑making. This fully remote, full‑time position reports to senior leadership and focuses on financial planning, analysis, and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end strategic finance projects, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Partner with senior leaders to align financial strategies with long‑term business objectives.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess project feasibility and ROI.
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with finance teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial project management.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting complex financial data.
• Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, or other relevant accounting standards.
