Student Consultant

About the role

FZ Study Advisor is looking for a full‑time Student Consultant to join its on‑site team in Kāmoki. In this position you will guide students through their academic choices, helping them make informed decisions and navigate application processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on academic programs and tailor advice to each student’s goals.
• Assist students with application procedures and documentation.
• Conduct one‑on‑one consultations and respond to inquiries from students and parents.
• Collaborate with educational institutions to stay updated on program offerings.
• Maintain current knowledge of educational trends and admission requirements.

Required profile

• Strong advisory and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with students and parents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of academic programs, application processes, and educational trends.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple student cases.
• Experience in counseling, mentorship, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related discipline.
• Passion for education and a supportive, student‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software and data‑management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
