System Engineer I/II – L3 Technical Support (Azure)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive System Engineer I/II to provide L3 technical support for complex cloud and on‑premises environments. The role involves working closely with developers and stakeholders to design, configure, and maintain Azure resources while ensuring high availability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers to design, create, and configure Azure PaaS resources such as API Management, Application Gateway, Docker containers, Key Vault, Azure AD/B2C, and OAuth 2.0.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for .NET Core applications, Docker deployments, and SQL database releases.
• Monitor application health, performance, and dependencies across cloud and on‑premises systems, and recommend improvements.
• Support application deployments, validate releases, and troubleshoot failures in development, testing, and production environments.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation for health checks, logging, and anomaly detection.
• Lead resolution of technical issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and propose long‑term solutions.
• Document process changes, enhancements, and communicate them to relevant teams.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Azure PaaS services and cloud architecture.
• Hands‑on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell and configuring infrastructure as code (YAML, JSON, XML).
• Ability to troubleshoot both traditional Windows services (IIS, scheduled tasks) and Azure‑hosted services.
