Team Lead Procurement

About the role

Devsinc is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and optimise its procurement operations. The role involves shaping procurement strategy, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost‑effective sourcing aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) cycle, from sourcing to contract management.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that support organisational goals.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and service agreements to secure best value.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring performance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations and ethical standards.
• Manage procurement budgets and drive cost‑optimisation initiatives.
• Analyse market trends and supplier capabilities for strategic sourcing decisions.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders and contracts.
• Resolve supplier disputes and delivery challenges efficiently.
• Lead, mentor and continuously improve the procurement team.
• Prepare reports, spend analysis and performance metrics for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or supply‑chain management.
• Proven track record in vendor negotiations and contract management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• High integrity, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with procurement software and ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
