Tech Pack Designer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Tech Pack Designer to collaborate with design and production teams to transform creative concepts into comprehensive, production‑ready tech packs that support seamless manufacturing. The role involves developing, updating, and maintaining detailed tech packs for apparel products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed tech packs for apparel products, including measurements, construction details, materials, trims, and colorways.
• Collaborate with the design team to accurately convert creative concepts into clear technical documentation.
• Work with product development teams and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility, clarify specifications, and resolve production queries.
• Conduct quality checks to verify measurement accuracy and consistency across all documentation while upholding brand design standards.
• Support the Product Development Manager by meeting deadlines and keeping organized records throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric performance, and manufacturing processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Excel/Google Sheets, and design software.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
