Technical Product & Project Leader

About the role

Circle Women is looking for a Technical Product & Project Leader to drive the vision and delivery of its digital platforms. Based in Lahore, the role bridges strategic product direction with hands‑on project execution, ensuring that new services are built on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define, own and execute the product roadmap for digital platforms and services.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle from design through testing and deployment.
• Run Agile ceremonies, maintain the delivery backlog and track milestones.
• Lead integration of third‑party tools, APIs and platforms, acting as the primary liaison with vendors.
• Identify dependencies and blockers early, resolving or escalating them to keep projects on schedule.
• Build, lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of developers, designers, analysts and operations staff.
• Make trade‑off decisions on scope, timeline and resources and own the outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning product roadmaps and delivering digital products.
• Demonstrated ability to manage Agile projects and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate between technology, business and leadership.

Required skills

• Agile project management (e.g., sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives).
• Product ownership tools and techniques (e.g., BRDs, user stories).
• Integration of APIs and third‑party platforms.
