Technical Recruiter – AI Recruitment Tool (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead the development and refinement of Zara, an AI‑powered recruitment platform. Working remotely, you will combine deep machine‑learning expertise with talent‑acquisition knowledge to automate sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise machine‑learning models that boost Zara’s candidate‑matching accuracy.
• Build and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with applicant‑tracking systems, HR databases, and external job platforms via RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to curate training datasets and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and ethical AI standards throughout recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and deploying scalable AI systems in production.
• Strong background in natural‑language processing and bias mitigation for recruitment.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation (Docker).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
