Telesales Expert – On-site in Lahore

About the role

Medialinks is seeking an on‑site Telesales Expert to join its Lahore office. The role involves handling both outbound and inbound calls to promote Medialinks’ mobile‑first growth services, qualify prospects and convert them into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries to present Medialinks’ solutions.
• Qualify leads, understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools.
• Provide post‑sale customer support and follow‑up on leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in regular training sessions and give feedback on scripts and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Experience in customer service and relationship building.
• Background in training or mentoring peers is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing or Communications is preferred but not mandatory.
