Telesales / Telemarketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telesales / Telemarketing Executive to drive new business for our healthcare software solutions. The role focuses on reaching out to hospitals and laboratories, building relationships with IT managers and doctors, and turning prospects into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold‑calls to laboratory IT departments and medical professionals to introduce our software.
• Engage prospects, understand their needs, and schedule appointments for product demonstrations.
• Deliver concise, compelling presentations that highlight the benefits and ROI of our solutions.
• Negotiate terms, address objections, and help close sales deals.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales or outbound calling with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 20,000 to PKR 55,000.
