About the role

Phenologix is seeking motivated fresh graduates to join as Trainee Quality Assurance Analysts. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in software testing, allowing you to develop core QA skills while contributing to real client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of software testing and QA processes.
• Write basic test cases derived from requirements.
• Execute manual test cases under the guidance of senior QA staff.
• Identify, document, and report bugs clearly.
• Understand and apply SDLC and STLC concepts in a project environment.
• Collaborate closely with QA team members and complete assigned tasks.
• Stay updated on emerging testing tools and practices.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or entry‑level candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Strong interest in problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Good mathematical and logical reasoning abilities.
• Solid academic performance (good CGPA preferred).
• Basic understanding of SDLC/STLC and exposure to testing concepts through internships or academic projects.
